Born in Illinois, to Italian and Irish parents, my Father was quite literally a Renaissance man, who was a concert pianist, a short story author for magazines, an artist and painter, owned 3 dance studios, and knew Dick and Jerry Van Dyke, Agnes Moorehead, Charles Laughton, and Sharon Stone. My Italian Mother always encouraged me to flow through life with a glass half full attitude. I did illustrations for college and high school textbook publishers, exploded views for farm implement manufacturers, before Auto-Cad, and their instruction manuals. My first published stories were illustrated children’s stories, which were published within one book. “I Wish I Could Fly” (The Lonely Caterpillar), and its sequel “I Can Fly” (The Lonely Butterfly) in 2006. Living in Florida since 2004, I started writing short stories in 2016, until I had written thirteen stories which I had published in 2018. Each story concept originates from the basic question, what if, but then the similarity ends, entering into the realm of ghosts, the paranormal, fantasy, sci-fi horror, and the unexplained.
