We’ve decided it’s been too long since we’ve been together and we can all use a little Spooky in our lives..sooner than later.
So, along with our friends at The Wyndham, we’ve worked out a simple way to do just that. A Spooky Empire Pop-Up event with an old school vibe, and of course with the current state of things in mind.
This will be a 2-Day event, Saturday and Sunday only with a focus on vendors and celebrity meet & greets/autographs. A perfect place to get together and shop just in time for the holidays. While this event will be intimate in nature, it will be monster-ous at heart AND jam packed with Spooky Empire love and vibes!
What should we expect to see at the Spooky Empire Pop Up?
Not 1, but TWO (2) ballrooms filled with amazing vendors, artists and more!
(booths safely spaced, with one way aisles)
Celebrity Guests in attendance on both days.
Autographs will be available (photos/selfies at guests’ discretion)
Admission will ONLY be available for purchase online. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the door. The ticket link will be live throughout the weekend.
Tickets from past cancelled events will NOT be redeemable at the December event, those will only be redeemable one of the two 2021 events. This is a completely separate event.
The Wyndham has provided us a with a block of rooms and an extremely generous rate of $75/night. Rooms may be reserved using the link below, OR you may call the Wyndham directly at (407)351-2420 and mention “Spooky Empire December”
Vendor space will be available as tables only. These are 6 foot tables, and will be safely spaced to adhere to guidelines on social distancing.
$150 Per Table and will include 2 chairs and table cloth.
We ask that you please follow necessary COVID-19 Safety Guidelines as set forth by Spooky Empire, Inc. and The Wyndham.
*Spooky Empire staff, guests, vendors and attendees will be required to wear masks or face coverings at all times, while traveling through all indoor convention areas and public spaces.
*Be sure to wash your hands regularly or use hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available.
*Do your best to maintain at least 6 feet social distancing from anyone not in your group.
*Do not congregate in large groups in any of the indoor public areas or convention space. Spooky does not condone, and will not be sponsoring, any hosted or planned parties on Wyndham grounds over the course of the weekend.
*Do not attend this event if you are presently suffering from any symptoms of COVID19, including fever, cough or shortness of breath, or if you have suffered from or been in contact with anyone with these symptoms in the last 14 days.
**PLEASE do NOT harass or argue with our staff or volunteers, or Wyndham staff when asked to wear your mask or social distance. Anyone that gives staff a hard time will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY. We will not tolerate anyone endangering our staff, volunteers, guests or other attendees. The only way Spooky can continue (and any other event for that matter) is to move forward safely. Please help us and other events do so successfully, we do not want to jeopardize our chances to bring you fun, safe events! – THANK YOU!!

Spooky Empire has put into place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, however, Spooky Empire cannot guarantee that you or your family/friends will not become infected with COVID-19. Further attending Spooky Empire could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
