Twisted Twins Return to Spooky Empire This May
The Twisted Twins return to Orlando! This time they’re taking on the Wyndham and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have them back!
Identical twins, writers, directors, actors, Jen & Sylvia Soska will be joining us at Spooky Empire this May!
Well known as the “Twisted Twins” in the horror circle, Jen & Sylvia first broke into the scene with their ode to Grindhouse Films, “Dead Hooker In A Trunk”. Their debut film started out as a film school project, which they wrote, directed, produced and starred in. The film – embraced by horror fans, film festivals, and critics – became an underground hit.
In 2008 the twins launched tWIStED tWINS PRODUCtIONS to create their own label for many future projects to come. Their highly anticipated second feature, “American Mary”, an analogy of their own struggles in the film industry. American Mary has gone on to win numerous praise and awards from around the world.
Other projects include a segment in “ABC’s of Death 2”, reality game show series “Hellevator”, numerous shorts, and more recently a remake of the David Cronenberg classic film “Rabid”. For you avid comic book fans, the Soska Sisters have teamed up with Daniel Way (Deadpool) to create their own very graphic novel entitled “Kill Crazy Nymphos Attack!” with artist Rob Dumo & cover artist Dave Johnson.
