ROBERT KURTZMAN has been an icon in the world of special makeup, creature effects and filmmaking. His award winning, photo realistic effects work can be seen in hundreds of movies and TV shows including “Wishmaster”, “Army of Darkness”, “Scream 1, 2, & 3”, “From Dusk Til Dawn”,”Wes Craven’s New Nightmare”, “Friday the 13th: Jason Goes To Hell”, “The Haunting of Hill House”, “Ma”, “Stephen King’s Doctor Sleep”, “Fear Street” and more!Robert is one of the co-founders of the award winning K.N.B. EFX Group Inc along with Greg Nicotero, but currently heads his own effects company, Robert Kurtzman MUFX.
Over the past 30 years Robert has worked with such acclaimed directors as The Russo Brothers, Stephen Spielberg, Quentin Tarantino, Sam Raimi, Robert Rodriquez, Martin Scorsese, John Carpenter, Frank Darabont, DJCaruso, Don Coscarelli, Peter Berg, Tobe Hooper, Ivan Reitman, Wes Craven, M.Night Shyamalan, Kevin Smith, Clive Barker, and many more.
