Spooky Empire Megazine!
We’re excited to share something new we’re rolling out for Spooky Empire this year: the Spooky Empire Megazine — our official show program, upgraded into a true print + interactive digital experience.
Spooky Empire has produced programs for years, but this is a big step forward in what a “program” can do for fans and for our sponsors, exhibitors, and advertisers.
What’s new about the Megazine?
Alongside the printed collectible program that fans will carry all weekend, we’re launching an interactive digital edition that functions more like a show companion than a static PDF.
That means:
In other words: in-hand reach at the show, plus a digital edition built for action.
Who we’re partnering with
To bring this to life, Spooky Empire is partnering with Fourth Castle Micromedia, led by Joe Sena, a long-time creator and operator in the horror space. Fourth Castle’s experience spans live events, publishing, digital, and product development — including producing the legendary Fangoria Weekend of Horrors, launching digital destinations for Fangoria and the Universal Monsters, designing and manufacturing collectibles across major horror franchises, and operating The Monster Channel, a long-running streaming horror channel since 2010.
We’re also working withJody Infurnari (Rue Morgue Magazine Co-Owner & Director of Marketing) as Business Development Manager to support sponsors and advertisers and help tailor placements to real goals (booth traffic, launches, preorders, lead capture, etc.).
Why this matters:
This isn’t just a prettier program. It’s a better platform:
If you’re a sponsor/advertiser/exhibitor (or if you know someone who should be), we’d love to loop you in early so you can grab the strongest placements and explore the interactive options that fit your campaign. Jody will be in touch with you shortly with all relevant details for your participation in this inaugural opportunity.
