Parking

Self-parking is FREE for all guests staying at the DoubleTree under the Group Block, over the event dates w/ in and out privileges.
On site parking for NON-GUESTS will be $35/per day, but will be limited.

I-RIDE Trolley System

There are a number of parking garages and lots up and down I-Drive from which you can take a short I-RIDE Trolley to the DoubleTree, for just $2. You can purchase multi ride packages and find Trolley routes at the link below. The I-RIDE Trolley is accessible to and from all points of interest along International Drive, with stops in front of the DoubleTree on both the Red and Green Lines. The I-Ride Trolley runs DAILY 8:00am-10:30pm

Guest Room Accountability

Group attendees will be held personally accountable for any damages incurred to their guest room by the use of costume make-up, fake blood, prosthetics glue, glitter, etc. In the event that a guest room does show such damages, the Group attendee will be liable for any cleaning service fees. Cleaning fees will be billed directly to the attendees card on file.
